Once again…

Not doing what I’m suppposed to be doing. But then I’m also in one fo those post-therapy hazes that seems to set in once I encounter something deep while on the couch. (I really am on a couch there, sitting , not lying back.) My friend’s novel is stately and at least in it’s early pages , mournful. Paging through it on the subway I find myself sinking into the tricky, timid voice of its protagonist

Why haven’t I learned that TV isn’t my friend? Even when it shows me Flava Flav and Brigitte Nielson balling

  1. your musings

They sound fairly heave. And while I have no intent of intruding; you have become banned pornography by one of our film publishers up here in Toronto.

because a man in a bed with his remote is so shocking up here.

    take care.

  3. Yes they did – and Brigitte it seems is a slut -not a word I use about people I don’t know, but in two episodes she’s picked up two different guys. I have a new found respect for her.

  4. I’m so pleased to know someone who has been banned!

Slap me–no, somebody slap me–’cause I know you’re lookin’ good. (Sorry. Klymaxx moment, there.)

  6. I think there is art on television, and enough good stuff to watch it several hours a day. But of course, it’s better for us NOT to watch it that much. So I simply limit myself from the outset. I rarely try new shows. I stick to my four or five regulars (the most exciting of which is Lost this year).
