It’s been almost a decade since I moved my working life to Long Island City and now it’s coming to a close. It’s become too expensive to maintain my current studio, given how rarely I can get there to work. So it’s time to pack and cull. I’m going to have a material give away at the studio, and the remains go into storage. Hauling through things today I feel a mix of emotions, but I’m trying to get to relief. There’s a ton of stuff here that will never make it into a piece and I have to accept that. Think of the future!
