I was just online looking at the selection of your drawings from January, and wanted to let you know – excuse me for a second, my cat is being insistent right now, typing and purring are complicated in tandem – anyway, the drawings are beautiful. Your drawings have delighted and surprised me for a long time now, but these just stopped me cold. Funny and sad and elegiac. You know how when you see remarkable work and then don’t want to look at anything else for a while, just to let the work settle in, to think about it for a while?
