FREE!LOVE!TOOL!BOX! was an installation at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. It was a physical investigation of the center’s role as a cultural landmark in San Francisco’s South of Market District and the site’s historical proximity to The Tool Box, the city’s first gay leather bar.
